Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 September 2026
1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply to the conference website on which they appear (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Lewis Business Media (Arts) Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09762838. Our correspondence address is The Courtyard, River Way, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1SL, and our email address is info@lewisbusinessmedia.co.uk.
1.2 By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Conference information
2.1 The Site provides information about the conference, including its programme, speakers, venue and tickets. We take reasonable care to keep this information accurate, but details may change. Please check the latest information before making travel or other arrangements.
2.2 We may make reasonable changes to the information on the Site, including changes to the programme or speakers. If you purchase a ticket, the booking terms presented during that purchase explain your rights if the event is postponed, cancelled or materially changed.
3. Ticket purchases
3.1 Tickets are purchased through a separate Lewis Business Media payment website linked from this Site. This Site does not take ticket bookings, process payments or collect card details.
3.2 Before purchasing, please check the ticket description, price, any applicable VAT and other charges, and the booking and cancellation terms presented on the payment website. Those terms govern the ticket purchase. Visiting this Site or following a ticket link does not itself make a booking.
4. Content and copyright
4.1 Text, images, graphics, videos, logos and other material on the Site (together, “Content”) belong to us, our licensors or other identified rights holders unless stated otherwise. No rights are transferred to you by visiting the Site.
4.2 You may read the Site, share links to its pages and make limited copies or printouts for personal use or internal reference within your organisation. You must retain any copyright notices. You must not republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Content, or use the conference logo, without permission from the relevant rights holder. These terms do not restrict any use permitted by law.
5. Acceptable use and security
5.1 You must use the Site lawfully. You must not interfere with its operation, seek unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use it in a way that prevents others from using it.
5.2 We take reasonable measures to protect the Site but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access or that the Site and any downloads will always be free from harmful material. Please use appropriate security protection on your devices.
6. Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites and services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. A link does not mean that we control or endorse the linked website. Ticket purchases are governed by the booking terms presented on the separate payment website, as explained in section 3.
7. Privacy and cookies
The Site’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information collected through this Site is used. The Site’s Cookie Policy explains its cookies and similar technologies and how to manage your choices. If you buy a ticket, the privacy information presented on the separate payment website applies to information collected there.
8. Liability
8.1 We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Rights arising from a ticket purchase are addressed in the booking terms presented on the payment website.
8.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have.
9. Changes and general terms
9.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to use of the Site from its stated update date.
9.2 If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
